Met Leonard and John D at the war memorial in PRC at 7.30 for a nice ride. Martyn must have forgotten to wake up so it was just the three of us.

Rode up through Banc y Darren in the rain and then down the Mark of Zorro which was riding well despite being a little slippery in places. Leg burner seemed to pass by virtually unnoticed and then it was off along the Conti Trail to past Llyn Syfyddrin and then right at the ford up over the rocky climb to the forest.

We then rode alongside Nant y Moch and back onto the Conti trail for the Bont Goch descent and then back into PRC.

A nice circular ride with a few interesting bits at a nice social pace chatting with Leonard and John. Good to see a new face out and about as well, even if he is only around for a few days.
